Here at DRC, we go the extra mile to ensure the highest quality of materials for our customers. All of the stainless that is used for boilers and other parts is laser cut to exact specifications to ensure the highest quality parts possible.   Each tank design is built, tested and put to the fire before it’s ever allowed into production.   After everything passes quality control and only then it is a go for our customers.  Once our tanks or other parts are laser cut, we will acid wash each piece and inspect for carbon contamination.   After that then we can begin the metal prep and cleaning process.   Before welding our tanks are purged with 100% argon to ensure that our tanks never have and contaminated welds on the inside.  This is our promise to you.
